Ingredients
150 g tahini
15 ml lemon juice to taste
5 g garlic minced
salt
pepper
100 ml water or to desired consistency
Instructions

Peel and mince Garlic. Put in big bucket/bowl and using the stick mixer, blend well until thoroughly combined. Taste.
