Caesar Salad Dressing

Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Takes 15 mins.

Makes 200 ml.

2 cloves garlic mashed and minced
2 Tbsp mayonnaise or more, to taste
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp vinegar
0.5 cups olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice to taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Just mix everything together. Taste regularly, and add more oil until it's runny enough.
