Pea Pancakes
Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Ingredients

cottage cheese |

Instructions
Cook peas, strain, mash a little, and add salt to taste.
Blend peas, one egg, one egg yolk, butter, milk, and cream.
Add flour and blend until smooth.
In a small pan, add oil and heat well.
Spread the mixture across the whole pan.and fry on both sides until golden.
