Previous-night preparation

Soak chickpeas

150 g chickpeas
12 g tamari
30 ml lemon juice
10 g salt
25 g garlic
75 ml olive oil
60 ml water
60 g tahini

Cook half weight chickpeas Blend chickpeas with rest of ingredients in batches. Combine well. Taste. Check Tamari is Gluten free else leave out.
