Spanakopita pastry (Gluten free)

Suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and vegan diets.*

Makes 3180 g.

600 g coconut flour
600 g brown rice flour
600 g cornflour
600 g chickpea flour
100 g chia seeds
50 g curry powder
600 g coconut oil
30 g salt

Soak chia seed in warm water 10 min. Soak Coconut flour 10 min. Mix flours,curry, chia, salt. Rub in oil. Add water to texture. Leave to settle 1 hr add more water if needed.
