Instructions
Chop onion 5mm mince garlic grate ginger. Saute. Add spices stir quick
Mix in honey, water,salt, chilli, tahini
Stir to mix in tahini heating until thick.
reserve some water to adjust.
Do small lot for vegans with no honey use brown sugar or date puree
