Cauli Cheese

400 g cauliflower
400 g broccoli
300 g green beans
80 g chickpea flour
40 g coconut oil
15 g cumin
10 g tumeric
400 ml coconut cream
400 ml milk
200 g cheddar cheese
5 g salt

Steam cauli, brocolli,n beans Make rue sauce, add solids from coco cream first to melt then liqiud finally milk. Set vegies in roast trays sprinkle half cheese on top, pour over sauce add rest of cheese to top Bake in oven til tops lightly browned
