1000 g tomatoes cubed
300 g cucumbers cubed
200 g red pepper sliced
100 g red onions sliced
300 g black olives
200 g walnut pieces
30 ml olive oil
15 ml lemon juice
20 g oregano
black pepper

Cube tomato and cucumber and feta Slice onion and Capsicum Prepare all ingredients seperatly. Drain tomatoes. Mix all together including the balance of dressing. Be careful with dressing amount till we get it right. Label vegan Make onion free lot
