200 g | sunflower seeds | |
200 g | walnuts | |
100 g | pumpkin seeds | |
100 g | sesame seeds | |
100 g | coconut | |
320 g | rice flour | |
5 g | cinnamon | |
5 g | baking soda | |
5 ml | vanilla essence | |

Boil rasins, dates and water for 10 minutes. In a large bowls combine the rest of the ingredients. Add both mixtures together. Press into trays and sprinkle with poppy or seseme seeds. Bake 175 C till cooked. Slice before serving.
