Mixed Orange Salad

50 g iceberg lettuce
120 g oranges chunks
50 g sunflower seeds toasted
100 g carrots grated

Toast sunflower seed Grate carrot, Peel orange an cut to chunks Combine all ingredients, lastly adding torn lettuce and mix lightly.
