350 g red cabbage shredded
350 g carrots diced
15 g parsley fresh
25 g dates
25 g desicated coconut
25 ml lime juice
30 ml olive oil
1 g asafoetida
5 g cumin whole
1 g salt
30 ml lemon juice

Shred Cabbage, Dice Carrot blend dates with equal vol boil water Mix dressing with lime juice down ingredients add date brew. Tumble with cabbage, carrot, coconut and parsley. Chill
