African Black Bean Stew
Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

red and green, mixed |

liquid vegetable stock |

black beans |
cooked |

tabasco sauce |
to taste |
Instructions
Saute onion, carrots, capsicum, garlic & thyme & spices in oil for about 5 minutes (longer with big amount).
Add stock bring to boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer.
Stir in the beans and season to taste with salt, pepper and tobasco.
Cover and simmer until veges are tender, adding stock or water if needed.
