Instructions
Slice apple and stew with lemon and raisins
Roughly Mash Apple
Soak dates in boiling water sufficient to cover for half hour then whiz in blender.
Mix with rest of ingredients to make crumble rub oils into coconut flour first
Put fruit in trays and top with crumble. Bake and serve warm.
