Apple Sauce

Perfect as a side for many winter dishes.

Suitable for gluten free and vegetarian diets.*

Makes 2 servings.

2 apples
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp water

Peel and core apples. Cut into small pieces and add them to a small saucepan with water and sugar. Cook on medium heat until soft. Blend with a stab-mixer.
