70 g cornflour
70 g chickpea flour
10 g baking powder
5 g baking soda
150 g brown sugar
150 g apples
150 g bananas
70 ml sunflower oil
40 g egg replacer
1200 ml apple juice
30 ml vanilla essence
mixed spice
60 ml coconut cream
90 g dates
1 g salt
300 g icing sugar
50 ml lemon juice
lemon zest

Sift dry ingredients Mix dates with grated apple / banana Mix dry and wet, stick blend Press into trays bake 45 min. 180deg Max 40mm deep Sprinkle icing sugar on top Bake inside oven not in truck.
