Instructions
SYRUP - Boil water,sugar, tumeric, nutmeg & rasins for 2 minutes
Melt butter or oil, add semolina and simmer 15 minutes (stirring so it doesn't stick)
until it is a light golden colour & wet sand consistancy. Pour syrup into
semolina & stir until all lumps are gone.Boil 1 minute or until syrup is absorbed.
Ad coconut, walnuts & pineapple. Boil (mix) through until light.
Bake in a greased dish 50 -60 mins @ 180 degrees
