Banana Bread
Something tasty to make with over-ripe bananas.
Suitable for vegetarian diets.*
Takes 60 mins.
Makes 8 slices.

Wet ingredients |

eggs |

overripe bananas |

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and melt the butter.
In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients and mix.
In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs and mix in all wet ingredients.
Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients.
Pour into a baking form or loaf tin (22cm) and bake at 180°C for 45-55 mins.
After baking, leave to rest for 10 mins before turning out onto a rack.
