Burger Patties

Burger patties from scratch

Takes 10 mins.

Makes 4 pieces.

400 g beef mince
0.25 cups breadcrumbs
1 eggs
2 Tbsp chives
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and knead well. Separate into even portions, flatten out (take into account that they will shrink a bit while cooking), separate with a layer of cling film, and refrigerate until they're ready to be cooked.
