Ingredients
1200 g carrots grated
90 g sesame seeds toasted
90 g sunflower seeds toasted
150 g rasins
450 g oranges peeled, cut into chunks
Vinagrette
65 ml sunflower oil
65 ml olive oil
30 ml lemon juice
10 g brown sugar
15 g wholegrain mustard
Instructions

Grate carrot, Peel orange an cut to chunks Lightly toast seeds Mix Vinagrette (last seven ingredients) Combine all together Cool Grate orange zest for apple crumble see below
