Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins

Easy to make, hard to screw up. One of my favourites.

Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Takes 25 mins.Makes 12 pieces.

1 cups frozen blueberries
1 cups cooking chocolate chopped
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
0.5 cups sugar
Wet Ingredients
1 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cups milk
100 g butter melted

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt butter on the stove (low heat). Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix the berries and chocolate with the dry ingredients, and then stir in the wet ingredients. Scoop the purple goop mix into the trays, put it in the centre of the oven, and go lick the bowl. It's delicious. Bake for 25 mins, give or take.
