Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins

Easy to make, hard to screw up. One of my favourites.

Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Takes 25 mins.

Makes 12 pieces.

1 cups frozen blueberries
1 cups cooking chocolate chopped
Dry Ingredients
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
0.5 cups sugar
Wet Ingredients
1 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
1 cups milk
100 g butter melted

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt butter on the stove (low heat). Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate and frozen blueberries, and stir until evenly mixed. Scoop the purple goop mix into muffin forms. Place in center of oven and bake for 25 mins, give or take. You may now lick the bowl. It's delicious.
