5000 g bananas chopped
5000 g oranges chopped
5000 g kiwifruit chopped
5000 g nectarines chopped
5000 g peaches chopped
1500 g rasins
1500 g dried figs chopped
1500 g dates chopped
1000 g desicated coconut
1000 ml lemon juice
30 g cinnamon

Chop Apples and drizzle with lemon juice and cinnamon Chop other ingredients Leave to soak If looks too dry add some blended fruit
