Gorgonzola sauce

My favourite sauce for gnocchi.

Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Takes 20 mins.

Makes 4 servings.

2 Tbsp butter
0.5 onions finely chopped
0.5 cups cream
200 g gorgonzola cheese chopped into pieces

Fry the onions in butter, add lots of cream and melt Gorgonzola into it + seasoning. Voilla.
