Ingredients
1000 g tomatoes cubed
300 g cucumbers cubed
200 g red pepper sliced
100 g red onions sliced
300 g black olives
200 g feta cheese cubed or crumbled
30 ml olive oil
15 ml lemon juice
20 g oregano
black pepper
salt
Instructions

Cube tomato and cucumber and feta Slice onion and Capsicum Prepare all ingredients seperately. Drain tomatoes. Marinate feta in half the dressing. Mix all together including the balance of dressing. Be careful with dressing amount till we get it right. Make small lot tomato / capsicum free Make small lot onion free
