Instructions
Cover sultanas with boiling water.
Combine mushroom, beans, pepper, parsley and coconut.
Heat oil, add mustard seed, stir till pop.
Add sesame seeds & lightly brown.
Add to mushroom mixture with juice-drained sultanas.
Toss lightly.
