1 kg kumera
1 kg green beans
1 kg courgettes
1 kg carrots
100 g cheddar cheese grated

Note: Pasta is dry weight -- Yield approx double when cooked (e.g., 3 kg if unscaled) Precook all ingredients Layer in bake trays with Pasta sauce (1) Bulk lot with Pasta sauce (2) Small lot Top with Cheese
