diced 20 mm

green pepper
20 mm squares

parsley
chopped
10 g
mint
chopped
8 ml
lemon juice
15 ml
olive oil

Instructions
Cook potatoes, cool and cut to 20mm cubes
Chop spring onion fine
Chop Parsley and Mint
Combine all and chill
Do onion free lot if required
