Pumpkin and Kumera Balls

Instructions
cube pumpkin n kumera roast with salt n coco oil until just cooked
rough chop onion 10mm slice garlic
Saute both in 2nd coco oil n add cumin cook 30sec more.
Dry roast pumpkin seed
Mix above three lots and mash roughly
Allow to cool, spread in trays to speed cooling if necessary.
form into balls 50mm and roll in seed sesame.
Put back into roast trays roast for 20 min. don’t burn seeds
