Scones by Goran

Goran's take on a typical scone recipe. Versatile and tasty. Make great burger buns.

Suitable for vegetarian diets.*

Takes 30 mins.

Makes 6 pieces.

3.5 dl buttermilk
100 g butter
2.5 dl oats
6 dl fine flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 250°C. Allow butter to soften at room temperature, and knead all ingredients together. Bake for 10-15 mins
