Snow Balls

Makes 0.71 kg.

0.15 kg dates chopped
1 eggs
0.01 kg butter
1 pinches salt
0.01 l vanilla essence
0.3 kg rice bubbles
0.19 kg coconut

Boil dates, beaten egg, sugar and butter together for 10 mins. STIR CONSTANTLY - it burns easily!! Remove from heat, add rest of ingredients. Mix lightly, but thoroughly. Roll into balls, then iinto coconut. Refridgerate.
