| 150 g | red onions | chopped |
| 288 g | tomatoes | chopped |
| 150 g | red pepper | chopped |
| 375 g | corn | |
| 90 g | coriander | roughly chopped |
| 180 g | avocadoes | chopped |
| 150 g | rocket | roughly torn |
| 1 cloves | garlic | crushed |
| 20 g | chilli | finely chopped |
| 30 ml | lime juice | |
| 60 ml | olive oil |
Defrost corn. Combine blackbeans, finely chopped red onion, chopped tomato, corriander, garlic, chilli, lime juice, olive oil. Mix well. Add corn, avocardo and lastly torn rocket leaves.
