| 500 g | black turtle beans | |
| 30 ml | coconut oil | |
| 80 g | onions | chopped |
| 6 g | chilli | fresh |
| 6 g | ground cumin | |
| 15 g | coriander | fresh |
| 100 g | tomato purée | |
| salt | to taste |
Boil the beans till soft, then drain. Heat olive oil, saute the finely chopped oinion till soft, add rest of ingredients. Mash about 1/2 the cooked beans, then combine rest of beans and all other ingredients. Taste and season if necessary. Make separate onion free Make tomato / chilli free
