Soak chickpeas

| 12 g | tamari | |
| 30 ml | lemon juice | |
| 10 g | salt | |
| 25 g | garlic | |
| 75 ml | olive oil | |
| 60 ml | water | |
| 60 g | tahini |
Cook half weight chickpeas Blend chickpeas with rest of ingredients in batches. Combine well. Taste. Check Tamari is Gluten free else leave out.
