Soak chickpeas

25 g | garlic | |
75 ml | olive oil | |
60 ml | water | |
60 g | tahini |
Cook half weight chickpeas Blend chickpeas with rest of ingredients in batches. Combine well. Taste. Check Tamari is Gluten free else leave out.
