lightly toast bread and chop in blender to make bread crumbs Dry roast pumpkin and sunflower Cook Rice in rice cooker Pulse walnuts till resemble course crumbs, add FINELY chopped onion. Add cooked rice and rest of ingredients and combine well. if too sticky add more breadcrumbs. Shape into patties, put on greased trays and bake until firm and cooked.
