Ingredients
0.06 kg yellow curry paste
0.35 kg new potatoes
0.25 kg green beans
0.3 kg pumpkins
1 onions
0.15 l coconut milk
0.15 l liquid vegetable stock
Instructions

Cube potatoes and par boil. Drain. Blanch beans. Cube pumpkin and 1/2 cook in oven on trays.
