Kava á la None

How Nina's None made coffee each morning.

4 tsp turkish coffee
Instructions

In a jezva (Turkish coffee pot) add 1 small cup of cold water per person + 1 cup (which is soaked up by the coffee). Add sugar. Bring to boil. Remove 1 cup of water from jezva and set aside. Add 1 tsp of coffee per person (+1 for strength) and stir. Return to flame and bring to boil. Remove before it overflows. Put cup of water back in and leave to settle. Spoon krema/foam into cups, then pour gently so the coffee grains stay in the pot. Add milk as desired. Smoke 3 cigarettes while drinking.
