| 100 ml | cream | |
| 35 g | flour | |
| 4 Tbsp | milk | |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 30 g | butter | |
| cottage cheese | if desired | |
| smoked salmon | if desired | |
| onions | if desired |
Cook peas, strain, mash a little, and add salt to taste. Blend peas, one egg, one egg yolk, butter, milk, and cream. Add flour and blend until smooth. In a small pan, add oil and heat well. Spread the mixture across the whole pan.and fry on both sides until golden.
