0.25 tsp | salt | |
0.5 cups | sugar | |
Wet ingredients |

2 | eggs | |
0.25 cups | milk | |
75 g | butter | melted |
2 | overripe bananas | mashed |
Preheat the oven to 180°C and melt the butter. In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients and mix. In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs and mix in all wet ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients. Pour into a baking form or loaf tin (22cm) and bake at 180°C for 45-55 mins. After baking, leave to rest for 10 mins before turning out onto a rack.
