Burger patties from scratch

400 g | beef mince | |
0.25 cups | breadcrumbs | |
1 | eggs | |
2 Tbsp | chives | |
1 Tbsp | parsley | |
1 tsp | salt | |
pepper |
Combine all ingredients and knead well. Separate into even portions, flatten out (take into account that they will shrink a bit while cooking), separate with a layer of cling film, and refrigerate until they're ready to be cooked.
