2 cloves | garlic | mashed and minced |
2 Tbsp | mayonnaise | or more, to taste |
1 tsp | dijon mustard | |
1 Tbsp | vinegar | |
0.5 cups | olive oil | |
1 Tbsp | lemon juice | to taste |
pepper | to taste | |
salt | to taste |
Just mix everything together. Taste regularly, and add more oil until it's runny enough.
