Easy to make, hard to screw up. One of my favourites.

1 cups | frozen blueberries | |
1 cups | cooking chocolate | chopped |
Dry Ingredients |

2 cups | flour | |
4 tsp | baking powder | |
0.5 cups | sugar | |
Wet Ingredients |
||
1 | eggs | |
1 tsp | vanilla essence | or vanilla sugar |
1 cups | milk | |
100 g | butter | melted |
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt butter on the stove (low heat). Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate and frozen blueberries, and stir until evenly mixed. Scoop the purple goop mix into muffin forms. Place in center of oven and bake for 25 mins, give or take. You may now lick the bowl. It's delicious.
