My favourite sauce for gnocchi.
Takes 20 mins.
Suitable for vegetarian diets.*
Makes 4 servings.
2 Tbsp | butter | |
0.5 | onions | finely chopped |
0.5 cups | cream | |
200 g | gorgonzola cheese | chopped into pieces |
Fry the onions in butter, add lots of cream and melt Gorgonzola into it + seasoning. Voilla.
