- if using kale, clean and wash, cut into 4 pieces and remove hard bits. - if using leek, cut into slices, the green bits can sometimes be ruined so I throw them away - I peel the vegetables - first scold the green beans: put in water, when it boils, leave it for 10 mins. - after that, strain and leave them the same pot. - at the same time in a different pot, fry the onions and carrots in a bit of oil and cover. If it starts to stick I add a bit of water - 10 mins (onion begins to change colour to brown or yellow) - add cubed potatoes and enough water to cover the potatoes - immediatly afterwards cut the tomatoes, cut it over the pot. - immediately also add the chopped parsely root - cook everything for 10 mins - add green beans and garlic, add more water (you can also add a little cut up bacon and/or sausage and/or hot-dog sausage) - add a large spoon of vegeta or magi, two bayleaves, a little cumin, some pepper, salt and a bit of ajvar (if you can find it). - cook everything for a bit longer
