Cashew, Kumera & Red Pepper Loaf

70 g celery finely chopped
70 g sundried tomatoes
70 g onions finely chopped
50 g brown rice
225 g cashew nuts
450 g kumera
5 g marjoram
5 g salt
5 g pepper
5 g smoked paprika

Fine chop Celery and onion, Soak tomato in hot water Boil Kumera and mash Cook Brown rice Pulse cashews in food processor till coarsly ground. Add all of ingredients and season. Taste. Put into well oiled trays and bake. moisten. Do small onion free batch
