Chilli Beans

Suitable for dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan diets.*

Makes 661 g.

500 g black turtle beans
30 ml coconut oil
80 g onions chopped
6 g chilli fresh
6 g ground cumin
15 g coriander fresh
100 g tomato purée
salt to taste

Boil the beans till soft, then drain. Heat olive oil, saute the finely chopped oinion till soft, add rest of ingredients. Mash about 1/2 the cooked beans, then combine rest of beans and all other ingredients. Taste and season if necessary. Make separate onion free Make tomato / chilli free
