Chocolate Brownies

Suitable for gluten free and vegetarian diets.*

Makes 865 g.

100 g bananas
100 g apples
100 g dates
100 g rice syrup
5 g baking powder
10 ml vanilla essence
100 g dark chocolate
120 g buckwheat flour
120 g brown rice flour
50 g crystalised ginger
50 g cocoa powder
8 g guar gum
2 g salt

Blend chocolate mix with dry stuff Blend dates apple banana Rice syrup and van essence. Cut ginger to small piece 5mm Mix all above but don’t over work Pour in oiled trays Bake about 40 min clean skewer test cool and cut to size Caution do not over cook. Should be moist not dry.
