Makes 4.8 kg.

1.4 kg brown rice flour
1.3 kg quinoa flour
1.3 kg tapioca flour
0.24 kg cocoa powder
0.08 kg baking powder
0.08 kg guar gum
0.4 l coconut oil

Mix dry ingredients together, rub in dry ingredients. Oil tray, put dough mixture in tray, then top with syrup. Bake 350 C, 1 -2 hours.
