Raspberry Coulis

Suitable for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan diets.*

Makes 390 g.

300 g raspberries
45 g brown sugar
45 ml water
5 ml lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Put Sugar through sieve before adding to water and lemon juice
