Tahini Satay Sauce

Suitable for dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian diets.*

Makes 933.5 g.

140 g onions chopped
40 g ginger root
10 g garlic
10 g coconut oil
15 g cumin
5 g tumeric
5 g ground coriander
200 g tahini
400 g water hot
75 ml honey
2.5 g salt
1 chilli

Chop onion 5mm mince garlic grate ginger. Saute. Add spices stir quick Mix in honey, water,salt, chilli, tahini Stir to mix in tahini heating until thick. reserve some water to adjust. Do small lot for vegans with no honey use brown sugar or date puree
